Yumminess!
A friend came over for Mexican dinner, and my contribution was Sopapilla Cheesecake. It was divine! I figured since I have not posted anything of the crafty variety, I would at least share this kind of creation!
Sugar+ Vanilla= functional AND cool photo ops!
It kind of looks like terrain on an alien planet!
The end result, which tasted better than it looked, I promise!! (my friend's arm, as she cuts the first piece)
And the best part about being the cook:
licking the beaters!
